Wild Foraged Jersey NettleOur whole leaf nettle grows wild on the serene and pure Les Herbes de St Pierre and surrounding areas, located in the South West of Jersey, benefiting from the salty and mineral rich Atlantic air. The grassy green leaves are foraged and handpicked, sifted one by one, and dried in net baskets by Christine and John Mather. Full bodied with rich grassy and earthy notes, similar to a green tea.
