Beginning high in the Brecon Beacons, the water, rich in raw minerals from ancient rock, is hand collected from deep within the caves to enhance the gin's final flavour. The cask aging process creates a complex, smooth, and rounded blend of floral and citrus notes, balanced by the mineral rich cave water.
